Toast 11 Won't Open .disc Files

Yep, pretty lame. I have the same issue.

How to deal with .disc files

Toast 11 won't open a Toast file from 2007 which is a .disc file. Any luck converting it to a current Toast format?

What is the advantage of DAO?

For years I've burned Audio CDs for clients using TAO (Track at Once) and they've never had a problem getting them replicated. A client called me yesterday, though, saying that the company replicating his cd says they need a CD burned DAO (Disk at Once) in order to replicate. What's going on here? What's the difference? Do some places require DAO while others don't? Are there fewer errors using DAO?
