  1. I have NXT Pro2, and am using Windows 8.1. When I try to increase the time that a transition appears I get an error message. "Video Wave stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I can't save my work, and can only close the program.
  2. I created a production on Video Wave, and added chapters and a menu in My DVD. Everything seemed to work fine. In the production I have used video clips with native audio. Also I added audio narration files in .wav format which I recorded on a different computer, and used the audio files in the Video Wave project. They worked fine. I added additional music in the music track. The production is 1 hour & 49 minutes long. When I play it in the production window or in the My DVD window it works perfectly. However, when I burn the production from My DVD to a DVD-DL the added narration and music tracks are missing. It seems to burn OK, it goes through the whole cycle with no errors. The video and its native audio are fine. Even the stills and all the transitions are OK. But the narration or added music does not transfer to the new DVD. I did notice that near the begining of the production I put a music .mp3 music file in the narration track. I didn't seem to matter, and it did transfer OK. All the added .wav audio did not. Also, all of the music track I am using a new computer, and Roxio 9. It's an HP model m8120n with Vista Home Premium OS. On my old computer & Roxio 8, everything transferred OK. However, I didn't have the narration on those DVDs but I did have the additional music tracks which transferred OK. I hope I have just made a minor mistake, since this production took me a long time to make. I look forward to any help I can get with this problem. Thanks
