    Media Manager Task Tray Icon

OK... I dont use the media manager part of the application ever, and I am looking for a way that it does not autostart on boot. Basically, after every boot/login to my system, there is the media manager icon in my task tray with a little red x meaning I am not sharing. This wastes valuable system resources, and its annoying as can be. How do I get it to not appear after every boot/login?
