    The 55H made it to Canada.
  2. Before you start recording..... fast forward and rewind the tape completely to re-tension the spools. The beginning of the tape will usually have problems as thats the exposed end.

    Whats it like if you just have the RGC connected and nothing else running on your computer?. FYI Roxio can only record in Standard Definition (720 X 480) Makes no difference what you send it.

    When you ran the repair mode was the capture card USB plugged in ?. If it was, re run the repair again with it unplugged.

  11. The disc is called Roxio Game Capture, and it is contained in the box when you purchase it (including the cables).   12. Go into your Xbox display settings and manually set it for either 1080i or 720p output (auto-detect doesn't work properly with the RGC HD Pro). Manually setting the output to 720 or 1080 should override the auto-detect. The settings in the link below are for when you are connected directly to your your TV, but you are hooked up to the Roxio unit, not the TV. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/change-tv-display-resolution

    Did you really connected a DVD or BD Player (with a Disc playing) into the RGC unit ? Just double checking.

    Do you get a picture if you connect your (A/V cable) Camcorder directly into your TV?. I did a Google search on your JVC Everio GZ-2000BU.......got nothing

    In the Device manager, expand Sound, video and game controllers menu. You should see 2 roxio capture device entries.

    Try this: Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are finished. Download and install the Revo Uninstaller (select the free one). Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio. Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners. Now insert your Roxio Disc. When the Install has completed turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

    Get some DVD-Rs....Verbatim or JVC , no store generics. Also get some DVD-RW's (they can be erased). Use these until you get your problem fixed, THEN you can use the DVD-R's.

    Go to the top of this page and click on the RED Roxio logo, then select MY Account....provide the log info and sign in. If you registered then your Product Key should show up.
