    ISO Burn Issue

That explained that. Thanks for the answers clanp. Thanks for the response Brendon. I knew something weird was going on. I was doing some reading and this page has a few programs listed that will work with them.Try one and see what happens.

    ISO Burn Issue

That's what I said. If that image is of an audio CD then burning it to a DVD is not going to work. The format will be of a CD not a DVD. If you burn that image to a CD instead of a DVD I bet it will play.

    ISO Burn Issue

How was the music made into an ISO to start with? If that image is of an Audio CD then it won't work burning it to a DVD. Once the image is burned to the DVD can you look at the contents with File Explorer in Windows? If so what kind of extensions are on the files you can see?
  4. I didn't say yours was old just that we had different versions. I take it you have the Roxio program disc.If so the first thing to try is to insert the disc and when the box pops up asking what you want to do click Repair. Let it do it's thing and see how it responds afterwards. If that doesn't work then we'll think some more on this.
  5. In your first pic I don't see any optical drives listed above "Save Disc Image file". You should see your drive(s) listed so you can choose which one to use. If you don't see one listed then your only choice will be to save an image and then burn that to a disc. The question is why don't you see them. You said you can burn Data and MP3 discs. The process should be the same The first pop up box you get should be the one letting you select drives or an image. So you're getting that box when doing the other burns, correct? If so then Roxio is seeing the drives. Your installation could be corrupted. If you are getting the drive selection screen on the other methods of burns then maybe you should try an uninstall and reinstall. P.s.-I am using NXT6 but MDC hasn't really changed.I was able to burn .wav files to an audio cd just fine. Another thought. You should be able to use Roxio to burn the image. You have to get out of Music Disc Creator and go to Data discs (probably) and choose Burn Disc Image. You should be able to create the disc that way also. Again I'm using NXT6 so the location of the Image burn could differ.I can't remember back to NXT2

How To Remove Roxio Virtual Drive 10

I don't know that Revo will work.It may if you use Forced Uninstall but I've found that to be tricky to use and haven't had much success with it. I hate to be the one to mention this but I think if the OP found Registry entries that have to do with Virtual Drive then doing a Regedit and deleting them may end up being the way to go.Of course backing up the registry first is essential for safety's sake. I hope I'm not interfering Brendon.
  7. When I click "About" it brings up a box but it doesn't show the serial number. All it says is registered to: my email address. I installed from the Pro Content not as a standalone product. I've now downloaded and installed SP3. The end result is the same thing happened. It went through the install and then the Invalid Serial Number box popped up. When I closed out of all of them the remaining box said the install had succeeded. Even though that is the case I can no longer find WinDvd on my system. The icon is gone and when I do a search on WinDVD all it finds is the SP3 .exe file. I tried to go in and uninstall and start over but WinDVD is not found by either Revo Pro or Win10 System uninstall feature. It's just gone. Sorry, forgot to mention I have Windows 10 Fall Creator Update applied and all updates installed available as of this morning. I will try and contact someone about this.

Are you sure that you are outputting video from the phone to HDMI? Oft times there is a setting that turns it on in the phone.

    Play .iso File

I looked and that's why I suggested VLC in the first place.
  13. tbrewst

    Play .iso File

Use VLC media player (free download) and load file
  14. I also see the same thing in NXT5 Pro.

    Lg Blu Ray Wh14Ns40

I have one of those drives and I have not had any trouble writing with it to either Blu-Ray or DVD. Could be that something is starting or has gone out on the drive. Can you still write to one type of disc and not the other. If so it's probably a laser gone bad. They are fairly inexpensive so it may be time to replace it.

    Roxio Secure Burn

In NXT4 when you open the options the very first one says "show optical drives only",since it was in NXT3 I'd imagine it's still there for 5. Checking that one will only display your CD/DVD/Blu-Ray drives. You can also go to the bottom and disable it on the optical drives if you so wish. Sorry to jump in Brendon.
  17. I don't know that you can get rid of them. They are the icons that were created when Roxio Secrure Burn was installed during setup. I looked in the options and don't see anything about turning them off.I don't have Pro 5,I have Pro 4. Open the app from your Programs list and then go to Options to see if you can find something.
  18. When you create a DVD music disc you are given 3 choices as the format: Dolby digital AC-3 MPEG 1 Layer 2 Uncompressed (PCM) MP3 is not a choice when making a DVD Music disc. Hit Project Settings from the menu and you'll be able to see the choices.

Help Please With My Set Up

When you plug in the HDMI from the XBox to the TV are you unplugging the Composite cable as well? Are you changing inputs on the TV so it looks for the HDMI signal? Make sure when you switch that you go into the Dashboard on the 360 and in the video section make sure the output is set to HDMI.

    Quick Find

It has an Add Files button that when pushed pops up an Explorer type window that you can browse and add files from anywhere you have them. Also under Tools you can pull up Media Manager from where you can also drag files.

Question Regarding Muisc Creator In Nxt2

I don't know what operating system your using so the file directory may be slightly different (I'm using W8.1) but when Media Selector opens try scrolling to C:\Users\your name\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music and you should see the music files. If they're stored on a different drive try from there. You can add them from there.

    Finalize Bluray

To answer the question about NXT3 the answer is YES. I just finalized a BD that I had started to put data on and left open. All work on this disc was done with NXT3 Pro. When I looked at it in Get Disc Info it said BD-R,Open,Multisession,Data. I then went to Finalize Disc and ran that. The process went just fine. The disc now shows BD-R,Closed,Multisession,Data. Here's a couple pics. I included a pic of Windows Explorer just to show what's on the disc,a regular file structure for a data disc.

Thanks Steve. I rarely use iTunes so I wasn't aware of that.

    Itunes To Mp3S

On the Home page, under Audio, try batch Convert and Transfer. Do know that if the files are protected iTunes files it won't use them.
  25. You cannot save wav files to a playlist.A playlist is a function of an MP3.The only time you get a choice of playlists is if you choose MP3/WMA disc in CMDP. You can add the wav files to a MP3 project, have them converted to MP3 and choose a playlist format when you burn but you cannot add wav files to a playlist per se.
