Tivo Transfer Does Not Live Up To It's Name. And Forget About Trying To Get Support.

OK, downloaded Toast 11 Titanium this afternoon for the Tivo Transfer feature. Running on a Macbook Pro under OSX 10.8.3. I have two TiVO's on the home network; Series 3 HD and a Premier XL both on the same Media Code. The Premier shows all of the contents on the right view but nothing will transfer. Simply no action at all. The Series 3 HD allows the show to be selected and claims that it is being downloaded (Blue Light Icon), but further query shows that 0 bytes have transfered and is waiting. Action ends after 20 - 30 seconds. No shows transferred. What a way to start a software relationship. Growl is turned off and video downloads and transfers are enabled on the devices from My Tivo DVR Preferences. Both devices as well as the MAC have been rebooted. What am I missing? Is this bad TEC or Suck Product?

I'm used to posts where people bash Roxio but I was taken aback this morning by a first-time forum user bashing the expertise of anyone who may choose to reply in an effort to help resolve his issues.

I INSTALLED IT ON MY NEW COMPUTER, THAT HAS WINDOWS 7

Can some one out there give me some help? I want to burn videos in a file to a DVD. The problem I am having is I can only play back the burn as one movie, if I move all the movies over at once, this will not allow me to change the sequance of each movie. If I move the movies from the file one at a time, when I play back the movies I have to bush play on my DVD reorded for each movie. There does seem to me any way I can move the order of movies around and have them play as one movie.

I just downloaded HD56ZXD1ECD_RoxioEasyCDandDVDBurningv10.3. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on an HP Pavilion dv6. Installation Interrupted, it says.... install fails. I redownloaded. Switched off security software. still no go. Is there any solution? Or do I just return this? Can you reccommend a reliable program for burning simple data CDs/DVDs?

The study, published by the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), a think tank, found that retirement results in a "drastic decline in health" in the medium and long term.

The IEA said the study suggests people should work for longer for health as well as economic reasons.

Digital guru,
I finally finished my photoshow (well, nearly!) and now I don't really see a clear option for how to create a DVD...help! I requested an mp4 which they system said could take hours - my show is almost 25 min - so i can believe it. Will it tell me if the system crashes? Will the program *eventually* create my mp4? When it does, how will I receive it if it's such a large photoshow, and is THAT how I get it onto a disk?

Step by step instructions would be most helpful for this not-so-tech-savvy user.

I've bought Roxio Game Capture HD over month ago. It was ordered to Poland, so it should be in a weak time.

In E-Mail I have that it should arrive before 13-05-13, but it still isnt here.(Ordered it month before this date).

Whose fault it is? Polish Post or Roxio? Can someone help me with this?(400PLN is alot of money for me)

I find it intrusive to have send my Roxio slideshow with their ad. I am a premium member. When I create art in photoshop and send it to friends-- the software does not require an ad.

I am sure ther must be a simple answer.

Disc Cover 2 Re: Visibility

I am using Toast Titanium 9 and the version of Disc Cover 2 RE that comes with it on a Mac — previously on a PPC eMac with OS 10.4.11 and with a built-in Apple CRT display, then (briefly) on a PPC Mac mini with OS 10.4.11 but with a Samsung SyncMaster 172V display, now on an Intel one with OS 10.8.3 and the same Samsung display.

On the eMac with its CRT display, Disc Cover worked very well. With both my more recent computers, using the Samsung SyncMaster display, the circles representing the outer and inner limits of the design when designing a CD label are virtually invisible, making the placing of text and images almost impossible.

My screen contrast is set to maximum and so is the resolution. Changing the resolution has no effect on the visibility of the Disc Cover circles. But in a drawing program the thinnest hair lines are sharply visible and deep black, so this Disc Cover phenomenon seems not directly to be the fault of the Samsung display. If anyone has any suggestions, I should be very grateful.

Mp3 Music No Longer Plays In My Photoshows

Hello Everyone,

I have been a long time customer with many photoshows.  My subscription will be ending soon and I will need some kind of answer or justification if I am going to continue to use Roxio.

It had been a while since I viewed any shows, but now the photoshows I created will not play the MP3 music I uploaded in shows I made before.

I did make a search of this topic and wanted to know exactly what I should do to solve the problem.

It was mentioned that it was not a Roxio problem but an Adobe one as their upgrades to their Flash Player has caused the links to the music to break.

It was suggested to roll back my version of Flash Player to be able to hear the music again.

I am using Vista 7 32 bits and wonder if I can roll back to version 10.1 and fix the problem?  Or is there another program I can use instead of Flash Player?

I would think the Roxio staff would be aware of this problem and possibly comment on it.  Maybe they have and I have not seen it yet.

So please guide me through the fix problem if there is any ....

Please tell me how to contact Roxio support.  I was hoping to talk to a representative live in chat, but I never see them online.  Maybe I am doing that wrong.  I tried to write an E-mail and once again was taken here and there ...  So if you know the contact address or number I can call about this problem as long it is an 800 number.  I am living in Japan.

Looking forward to a positive reply,  I still have faith!!

How do I restore DLA?  Roxio Creator Plus came with Dell XPS 400 Desktop. Have original Roxio Creator Plus CD.

When I click on burner drive, drop down does not have "DLA with a check mark", "Use with DLA" or "Make compatible".

If I go to properties, there is no "DLA" tab.

Shoud I reinstall Roxio Creator Plus?

Or I just purchased Roxio Creator Plus 2012 - install this instead??  If so does old Roxio first need to be removed??

I have 2 Dell XPS 400's'  DLA is working on one but not the other.

I just purchased roxio easy cd & dvd burning software and it is far form easy for me to use. It is most frustrating for someone who is not computer wise. I was told at Best Buy that this was an easy software for me to take a video movie file of my children saved to my "c" computer drive and burn it to a DVD-R disk. Can anyone help a 74 year old man through a step by step process to do this???

I have a Compaq 6530b with XP Proffesional.
I got this laptop through my work about 4 years ago. The CD-creator program that followed is called "Creator Business DVD" and is from Roxio/Sonic. I have used this program in my work, but when I now read the Licence Agreement it says that there are three types of licences, and I am wondering which licence that came with my computer and how can I find it out?
I think it is a singleuser-licence, and in that case is it ok to use it on my work? It says in the licence agreement that that I can "use one copy of the software only for personal, non-commercial use on one computer..." I don't use it for copying CDs and selling them, but for other things facilitating my work.
I would be very greatful if someone could help me to find it out. It seems hard to get in contact directly with Corel since I can't find this product on their "supported software" list.

Need A Picture Prog Like X4 - X5

For Win 8, I am looking for a program like PSP X4 or X5 that can display in a Tiled view like this:

X4 is faulty in that it once you click one picture to full screen and reduce it, it goes into tabbed view instead of back to tile view

When I have a lot of pictures, I run 2 editor programs, one on each screen... Of course PSP will not allow that to happen so I used to use 2 working versions

Since there are not 2, Win 8 working versions at this time, I need a an new one with that ability

Suggestions???
