  1. I've been using Toast since Version 4. Over that time, Toast automatically differentiates between PAL & NTSC formats before burning a disc, and readily converts PAL into NTSC (and I assume visa-versa). After spending considerable time setting up the disc prior to burning I've often receive the message" You are about to create a disc with mixed PAL and NTSC content. Are you sure you want to do this?" The answer is usually, YES I want to burn these files to DVD, but NO I do not want to create a disc with mixed content. Is there a way that TOAST can be set up to identify these PAL & NTSC formats (perhaps as part of the Editing and/or AU filtering process in the main window, or as part of the Convert Utillity) BEFORE one clicks the BURN button, such that incompatible files can be converted into one format or the other, thus saving the user a considerable amount of time in assembling incompatible files ? The application already does the conversions, but only after the user manually sorts through the batch of files to be burned trying to determine which files are PAL and which are NTSC, then assembling into batches prior to conversion and/or burning. (I have been unable to find and info on this in the User's Manual.) THANKS for any help you may be able to provide. If Toast doesn't already have this feature, perhaps it can be included in the next release of Toast. My system: iMac 2008, with OSX 10.10.5 & Toast 12 Titanium.
