  1. Game Capture Hd, Tv Unsupported?

I just got the RGCHD and installed the software. I hooked up my Xbox 360 to the device using HDMI cords, and while the picture on my Laptop is fine, the picture on the TV is not. The picture on the TV keeps flickering in and out. While it was flickering, I made sure my Console settings were on 720p/1080i, since it does not support 1080p. Still glitchy. Then I decided to take it out to the front room (where I rarely get to the tv out there) and sure enough, it works on that TV, which is newer than the one I have in my room (Mine is an Olevia, not sure which model, One in living room is a Vizio) Furthermore, Component cords work on both my tv and FR tv. Edit: Olevia is like 6/7 year old Could it just be because of HDCP? Or is there something else it could be?
  2. Playstation 4 1.70 Patch

Hi guys, Sony has already released an update for PS4. The system update 1.70 patch has capabilities of disabling HDCP for PS4, so capturing HD content using capture programs will now be possible. No more "Signal Protected" issues for PS4. Articles: http://www.gamespot....p/1100-6419203/ http://www.ign.com/a...d-turn-hdcp-off So basically, PS4 is now compatible with RGC HD Pro & RGC.
  3. How To Bypass Hdcp For Ps3 And Ps4

I'm not sure whether you guys know this already or not, but there's a cheap way to bypass HDCP on PS3 and PS4. Please don't insult me for being late on this. I used this HDMI splitter for both PS3 and PS4. You'll need an extra HDMI cable, but the setup is simple. PS3/PS4 > HDMI Splitter > Roxio > PC. The nice thing about this is you can take a little stress off the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro by outputting to the TV from the HDMI Splitter. This isn't needed for Xbox 360, you'll still need to set that up normally. Here is a video example of it being used. I was able to broadcast this to Ustream with the help of XSplit. Since it was XSplit, the quality was downdegraded, but still looks great. This was me playing Battlefield 4 on PS4
  4. Hi, Im having trouble setting up my Roxio HD Pro. I have a PS3 and a LG HD LED TV 24" and I have component cables and 2 hdmi cords. I followed all of the videos on YouTube and they didnt seem to work I either got a no signal or black or blue screen. I have my roxio plugged into my computer and I have the component cables in the input slots of the Roxio. I then have a HDMI cord in the output slot on the back of the roxio and it is plugged into my tv. My tv is on the HDMI channel. when I put everything in and switch to the component settings on the ps3 it will say connecting but then it says no signal. when i look at my roxio, it keeps switching from HDMI to component on my roxio but not the software. I have the software open and i have the source on Roxio HD Pro and the input to Component. I dont know why but when i do what they say to do in the videos, my screen blue then turns black then its blue in the middle and black everywheree else. Please Help. My software is fine im sure and my roxio is in my device manager, please help.
  5. Ps4 Hdcp Will Go Away In The Future)

Source I've seen people post Xbox One and PS4 problems about their signal was block. This means they both have HDCP, which I'm surprised Xbox One does due to Xbox 360 doesn't. However, back in September, Shuhei Yoshida tweeted out about HDCP going away in the future for the PS4, but not at launch. With two PDM (Playstation Dynamic Menu- for those who don't know PS4's new UI titled) updates already with your PS4, it still has HDCP. When will it be turned off to let people capture with their device? That is unknown, but it will happen according to Yoshida's tweet. If you truly want to capture with your game capturing device, you can do the famous HDMI to DVI to HDMI converter to bypass the signal. Fair warning, some products can't bypass it that way either. You may have to search for something that does. No word from Microsoft about HDCP being disabled. -UghRochester
