  1. When I purchased the capture card a couple months ago, I ran into no problems whatsoever. Then about a month ago, I got a good amount of blue screens when I tried recording game play on my PS4. So i decided to refresh my PC, since I imagined it may work. Sure enough, it did! But recently I've been having the same problem again. I tried repairing it, but it didn't work. I refreshed my PC multiple times with no success. The problems I run into are: blue screens, black TV screen, and pop ups stating "Capture Card Lost." I've also noticed that when I record PC games instead of the PS4, i don't run into blue screens. It's probably just luck that I didn't, but can the problem possibly be my PS4? Roxio Game Capture? PC?
  2. Okay So Bascily On The Roxio Software The Preview Shows Everything But On My Tv Nothing Is Shown But a black screen. when console is off i dont get a blue screen PLEASE HELP!!!!!
  3. Hi, my emc10 often misbehaves, and in the past I have merely uninstalled completely (using revo-uninstaller) and re-installed successfully. However, this time I can't install all modules because emc10 thinks they are still there. I know this because after uninstallation, if I try a custom install and tell it to not install certain modules it says there are already installed. There are no Roxio or Sonic programs listed anywhere on my PC after uninstall. Is there any way I can make emc10 install everything regardless of what it thinks is still there, or carry out a repair? (I have upgraded to NXT on another PCr (Win7), but I prefer emc10 for some operations. Also my PC is an old XP and will soon be replaced by a new Win8 PCr, but I don't think emc10 will work on Win8. I am trying to keep emc10 going as long as I can on my XP. I'm also going to try emc10 on Win7).
  4. Faulty Hdmi Output

    Howdy, I'm having trouble with a faulty HDMI output port on the Roxio HD Pro. The RHDP will connecl to my laptop, capture and do its job. The output will not show on my TV regardless of settings, different cables, etc I just get 'no signal' on the TV screen when set to the appropriate HDMI port. I don't have a set of component cables to try and see if that works although really the HDMI port should be working. It's probably the port as I have had a replacement RHDP that works fine with the same wires and settings etc. I've also stalked this forum, youtube, google etc and can't get a clear answer. Long story short, I now have two RHDP's and want to fix the port on the faulty one, if that's even possible. Either a repair or even replacing the HDMI port itself? It could also be that the RHDP is not even outputting at all, I had taken that into account. Can anyone here help please? Cheers
