  1. Hi, I'm new here and this is my first post. I have an OWC Mercury Pro drive and Toast 15. I'm able to burn both a Sony Blu-ray Disc and a Verbatim DVD. I can play my DVD on my Mercury Pro but can't play either that or the Blu-ray Disc on my Samsung Blu-ray player. I did check both discs and I can verify both are burned. Why can't I play either on my Samsung Blu-ray player?

Available Space On Dvd Is Incorrect

Help! I am trying to burn a large video file to a data disc, and when I create a new project Toast thinks that the available space on a blank DVD is only 116.3MB (the disc is 4.7GB). Here's what happened: Midway through burning a large file spanned across 3 DVDs, Toast crashed. When I re-opened the software and tried to burn the project again, it said that it would take the 11.8 GB project would take108 DVDs. I've attached screen shots of a new project as well as the project I am trying to burn. The problem is only with DVDs— CDs still come up as 703MB, so the project could be burned to 19 CDs or 108 DVDs. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, re-booted, restored my computer to the backup before the crash, everything I can think of. I'm on a Late 2011 Macbook Pro running OSX El Capitan 10.11.6, and I have the latest version of Toast Titanium 15. Any ideas? Ryan

Hd Blu-Ray Plugin On Toast 15

Hello, I purchased the HD Blu-Ray plugin for my Toast 11 installation after purchasing a Blu-Ray Burner. I had considerable trouble with Toast 11 running on Sierra; it continually crashed and I wasn't even able to get to the point where I could try burning the disc. I decided to upgrade to Toast 15; do I need to purchase the plug-in again? I noticed that when installing it for Toast 15, it says Toast 11 during the installation. I have a late 2015 21" iMac, with 16Gb of RAM. Thank you, Mike

Toast 15 Has Problems With Yosemite

I just bought and installed Toast 15 and it launches with a message about reopening. After I reopen and try to perform a burn the program quits unexpectedly. .When I attempt to open for a task it crashes and the box saying Toast Titanium quit unexpectedly. I can then reopen and another message comes up saying "The last time...it unexpectedly quit. Do you want to try to open its windows again?". Once I click reopen the program launches. But when I select a task, it crashes. I opened the chat line and conversed with some customer support person who didn't have any idea and then sent me to "technical support" and asked me to wait. So I did. For over an hour. Nothing. I needed to burn a disc immediately and now I can't even open the damned program without it crashing. So far I have not been impressed AT ALL with Roxio support. I am running Yosemite on a Mac. Any ideas??? So far this program has been an entire waste of time and money.

    Stuck On Writing Lead-In Again!

I was using Toast Titanium 12 and having varying success on the creation of DVD and Blu-Ray. I read that it could be a incompatibility issue so just upgraded to Toast 15 and it's still doing it. Both trying to use an img file and using toast to convert an mov file. It gets stuck on writing-lead it each time. Suggestions... My OS is Yosemite 10.10.5
