  1. Hello everyone, After i read nearly every Post about Install Interruptions with the Roxio HD PRO Software, I am still clueless what to do. I already did everything mentioned in other Posts, thats why i start a new one in the hope someone already solved this Problem. I will also submit my Log Files as a ZIP if possible. What I have done so far: Downloaded it to the desktop (save file) then run it from the desktop! Install it without checking for updates install it and let it check for updates at the beginning. Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges. Downloaded Servicepack 2 and tried to install it. My System is an MSI ge60 i7 3630Qm GTX660M 2Gb 16Gb Ram I mainly want the Roxio to capture the Signal from a PC and use the Laptop for streaming. If someone has an Idea i would be super happy, if something is missing just ask me i will try to provide you with more informations! Edit i can´t upload the Zip file i always get an Error: No file selected after it uploaded them. And the single Files won´t work.     Roxio Is A Disappointment!

    Hello, I have under different user names and accounts over the years contacted Roxio for the plethora of issues I faced with the Game Capture and Game Capture HD Pro and I would just like to say my experience has been horrible. If you intend to buy a Roxio product in the future I implore that you don't and save your money for something that isn't like this, where you toss your money into a ditch. Everything about the software is broken, it rarely works, and until just recently, I could not even get the program for Game Capture to open. Software updates are a rarity and when they occur they often don't even fix the issues that are present, it's almost as if this product was a complete back seat afterthought. My main issue however lies in the forums. The administrators present to help solve your problems are ignorant and clueless. They do not even know their own product! I would like to elaborate on one particular member, Jim Hardin, who I believe to be the worst customer support representative I have ever dealt with. He is quite clearly too "out of date" with the latest technology to have any idea how to fix issues with an already terrible product. I do not know who he thinks he is, being so ignorant as to blame and individuals hardware for his joke of a product. It is disgusting how condescending and visibly irritated he sounds to be dealing with problems he is supposed to have solved. In conclusion, do not deal with roxio anymore, I cannot stress this enough. I have dealt with bad companies in my time, but this is by far the worst. You've been warned
  3. I was trying to setup my Roxio Game Capture Pro HD, and the software is getting the signal, but the TV is not. I've tried new cables, what's going on?
  4. Okay, so the topic title should give you a good idea of what's going on, but let me explain: I have tried to connect both my Nintendo Gamecube, and Wii to the capture card. I haven't had the desired result; being the TV displaying the proper video/audio input, and the card capturing the desired footage. My results have either been, both having grey scale video displayed, one having color (usually the TV) while the other has grey scale (usually the card). The other being the capture card just doesn't find the signal. The following are the connections settings I used and that failed (keep in mind I am working with a flat-screen projector-box-type Mitsubishi TV): Wii - HD composite converter cables - Roxio - HD Composite Cables/USB Cable - TV/PC Wii/GC - Analog Composite (RWY) - Roxio - HDCC/USB - TV/PC Wii/GC - Analog - Roxio - Analog/USB - TV/PC Wii - HDCC - Roxio - Analog/USB - TVPC Wii/GC - Analog - TV Analog Input - TV Analog Monitor Out - Analog - Roxio - HDCC/USB - TV composite Input/PC None gave me what I need, which is color caputre on the Roxio and Color display on the TV.     No Signal Anymore

    Hi, I recently got Roxio game capture and I tried it yesterday and it worked fine. At first there was no signal but when I changed the TV settings to NTC_M it worked and I was able to capture game footage. However, today I have gone to capture some more footage as another tester but there is no signal whatsoever no matter what TV setting I put it to. The audio is not coming out as good either. I have searched all over the internet and cannot find an answer. Can anyone help me as I really want to start using this software. Thank you in advance for any advice given!
