  1. As the title says. I keep trying to install the recording software but every time I try it comes with with a message saying " " I've tried downloading the update and not downloading the update but it still doesnt work. I have a laptop that has windows 7 on it but continues to run out of RAMM and crashes. So I lose all of my recordings. Please help.
  2. I have NXT Pro2, and am using Windows 8.1. When I try to increase the time that a transition appears I get an error message. "Video Wave stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I can't save my work, and can only close the program.
  3. Hello all. I'm afraid I already know the answer to my question, but it doesn't hurt to ask, right? I've been recording video game footage with Videowave, while recording live commentary in Audacity. When I'm finished, I pop the separate video and audio files into Videowave and in the preview, everything runs smoothly. When I render the video (just north of 30 minutes), the audio gets out of sync by 30 seconds or a minute. I'm rendering the production to output a SmartAVC file, although if a do a lesser quality output file, the video is fine, if not less easy on the eyes. This seems to be a common complaint, with some positing that just goes with the territory of video editing software. My question is this: is my PC not powerful enough? I'm using a laptop running 64-bit Windows 8.1 with 6GB of RAM, and a 2.4GHz processor. Is this just not enough to render lengthier productions? Thanks.
  4. Roxio Hd Pro On Windows 8.1

Hello I got a Roxio HD Pro for Christmas and a brand new laptop. I set it all up and it worked perfectly. this was on windows 8. when i updated to windows 8.1 my preview screen went to a solid purple/black screen. i messed around with my xbox 360 and software settings and found out that it will display the preview screen when i set it to 480p on both the xbox 360 and my software. i do not like the way the quality is and so want it to be 1080i resolution on both systems. Computer Specs: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14 SleekBook Model: 14-b109wm Display: 14.0" Diagonal HD BrightView LED Hard Drive: 500GB Ram: 4096MB DDR3 SDRAM Processor: Intel Celeron Processor 877 (1.4GHz) OS: Windows 8 (Updated to windows 8.1) I feel it is the lack of Roxio to recognize the issue, fix it, and submit an update to everyone. I have looked online about how people change their processor settings around to make it work and i find that to be a waste of time, im not going to mess things up for other applications on my computer so that i can make this work. So if you can find out a way to help me that would be great. (and i have already set my processor to default ) My screen Please if anybody can help me out!!
  5. Printing Photos

I have problems with printing scanned photos. I am running Windows 8.1. After scanning photos, I cannot print these. Nor can I print any of my other pictures. Printer does print other documents. And in Roxio, I have printed some of the help pages. There is also something going on when trying to save my scanned photos. When I complete the scan and wish to save the photo, the list of programs and documents to the left of the main Roxio photo screen keeps flashing. I cannot scroll either direction in my folders. I am only able to save the photo in My Scans. Help
