When I bought Roxio I installed the software no problem. However, my laptop crashed and I had to get a new hard drive. Now that I'm trying to reinstall the software I've already thrown away the box and the CD cover/slip. The code isn't in my confirmation email. Tried looking for it online on the support site, but I only saw my order and when I clicked on the invoice it only had a button to return it. I really wanna get back into recording some gameplay. Can anybody help out?
