  1. Hello, I have a question it seems that I have misplaced my installation disk for the Roxio Easy VHA to DVD 3 Plus, I wanted to know if by any chance by giving the the serial number from the disk slip if they could send me a download link of the software through my email? I've honestly have looked everywhere for the disk and I can't find it. I did install it when I recieved it but I had to format my harddrive and all my programs erased. Please Help! Thanks! Jenaira
  2. Why is it that when I burn straight to a disk via Roxio I can store one hour of video (4.7GB) but when I want to capture segments of a whole VHS tape straight to the computer about 5 minutes worth of video is close to 1GB? The format it saves to on my PC is AVI Even when I tried to compress the videos on my computer, it would not compress? I am asking this because the media on the majority of my VHS tapes are spaced out i,e. a lot of different clips on the VHS and so every time I click 'Capture now' it just freezes(after two or three attempts of clicking 'capture now'. Sometimes the option to 'capture now' isn't even available to click on(option is there but is in grey). thanks In advance, Ramesh

    No Disk

I ordered Roxio Game Capture (I don't know if its HD or not, but I think its the normal game cap), and it did not come with a disk. I bought it off of amazon, and when it showed up, there was no disk. All there was, was some wires and a game capture. Please help me.
  4. Hello, recently my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro recording software has malfunctioned and stopped working. When I launch the software via the launchpad, I try to select the capture option. The screen opens momentarily and then crashes immediately. I have read elsewhere on the forum that I would just need to re-install my software, but unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced my disk and box. I believe I have accidentally thrown the disk out along with the box because it is in a paper pocket and not an actual case. Therefore I would like the help of a Guru to pass this on to Roxio support because my Support Code has expired. I require a software installation download so I can re-install/repair the software already on my PC. To verify I own the device, I will send an image of it, along with my name on my Debit Card to verify that it is not an image taken from the internet, on request. (I don't want to post that sensitive information for anyone to see. On a side note, I find it disgraceful that we only receive a one time use support code and it has to be used within 14 days of registration. What if, like myself, we do not require support for the first 14 days? What if it is a couple of months before something happens and we require support, which we rightfully deserve, yet we are forced to pay an outrageous fee of $25 for, again, one time usage. Thankyou for your time and I would appreciate it if a Guru or Roxio support could help me out *Edit* I forgot to say, if it matters, that my product has been registered to my email address and I could send you the registration/product code if needed.
  5. My computer got hardrive error and everything is gone. I used to have the ISO file copied onto my drive but that was gone too. I only have a picture of my CD, cause I went back to China from Canada in June, and CD is left in Canada. I downloaded the 1.25 GB version of Roxio Game Capture software, but apparently it's not for pro(or any other reasons), that my Serial Number simply doesn't work(mine start with KL-). So can anyone just send the ISO to me? Or a link please? Then I will make it available all time with my BOX/DROPBOX cloud online. I thought I can get it from Roxio, but apparently that against Roxio's policy: no digital in Stone age. Thanks.

  7. Hey, I just purchased the Roxio Capture Card and soon I'm planning on purchasing a laptop for full-time use. So currently I just have my regular computer and I want to test out the capture card and use it for a week before I get my laptop. So I was wondering if I can install the capture software (and everything that comes on that CD) on more than one computer. I need to know if it's possible to do this, and if doing so will cause any problems. So to summarise; can I install everything on my computer now, and then when I get my laptop can I install it on there as well? Thank you in advance!
