    Anything But Easy

Hello is there anybody out there who can help because you can't get hold of anyone at roxio..... This is anything but easy!! EASY VHS TO DVD3 I installed the program as per the getting started booklet. It doesn't work !! Firstly the image is too large for my screen setting. 1280 x 800 is what I use. There is no video signal when the video cable is connected. When audio is connected there is an intermitent loud hum. As the screen image is too big most of the controls like RECORD and Playback level are not visible and it is not possible to drag it smaller. Even removing the task bar at the bottom of screen doesn't reveal the buttons. Any idea what might be the problem. I am using Win 7 Also how can I be kept informed of any answers without having to keep checking. Thanks
