  1. Weird Capturing Glitch?

Last Night I got new Component cables for my Playstation 2, this was so that the Roxio HD would capture it in color. However when I started capturing, my TV screen was doing something weird, however the capture on my PC was perfectly fine. After this, I plugged the component cables directly into the television and it worked fine. I would really like to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks for the help if you offer any advice. 2. Crashing-Help

I installed Roxio Game Capture CD and was editing videos in videowave for a while. Everything was going fine until randomly it started crashing, I managed to finish what I had and upload it to youtube (with the intention of putting it together with what I had left later) and the deleted a lot of the downloaded youtube videos, pictures, and audio clips I used in what I had edited just to free space. So then I open video wave and just tried to put in pictures, and everything went slowly and it crashed after all I added was three pictures. I tried using videowave with no other programs open and then uninstalled and re-installed the program. All to no avail, as the program always crashes when I attempt to use it. I use Windows 7 on a brand new PC by the way. Any help would be much appreciated.
  3. Crash On Clicking 'capture'

Hi everybody. After working fine for a little while, my Game Capture HD software now crashes every time I select the "Capture" option after launching, I cannot get it to start at all. Nothing changed on the PC, no patches etc, it just randomly stopped. This happens with the capture unit plugged in or not, it doesn't make a difference. I have tried running as a different (admin) user, removed the capture device from device manager, plugged it in to different USB ports, etc. Nothing works. Compounding this, I was unaware of Corel's absolutely archaic (and frankly more than a little shady) practice of not allowing customers to download software or drivers from their site, so - like a lot of other users - the CD has already been binned, leaving me with no method of re-installing to fix the issue. I'm going through their support at the moment to see if I can get anybody to let me download the software (which seems like the minimum amount of customer service for a £130+ product), but as they've not replied for days and I'm reading it's likely they'll just ask me to buy a new unit anyway, has anybody got any experience of fixing crash errors on selecting the capture option? I'm running Windows 8 64-bit if that helps at all. Thanks for any advice.
  4. Roxio Needs To Add A Live Commentary Feature

We need to be able to record 2 audio devices ( the capture device and a mic). Currently, I use Audacity, but i want to be able to record and have my voice audio apart of the video instead of having to edit it with videowave. It's not easy to synch voice audio and game audio when you stink at editing like me. Isn't that what the Roxio Gamecapture software is for, easy of use?
  5. If I Buy The Game Capture HD Will I Be Able To Use HDMI And Put The Turtle Beach Red And White Splitter Into The Capture Card To Get Sound? I Need To Know As I Use A PC Monitor To Play Xbox.
