  1. Hi, I recently installed the NXT6 Pro suite on my Windows 10 desktop. I have had many previous versions of Roxio, so I am very familiar with how this is supposed to work. One of the only reasons I upgraded to NXT6 was for the "motion track editing" feature. However, even after doing updates and repairs, the Editor will force stop Videowave after I select say; blur and then click on the image to paste the blur marker, it will not finish pasting the blur mark, it hangs, and a few moments later I get the dreaded "Roxio" message that the program must close. So far no other portion of this program gives me an issue. Anyone have a fix for this? If I can't get this feature to work, the NXT6 is of no use to me. Thanks,
  2. Platform: Roxio Game Capture, running on a HP 255 (64 bit-Quad core, 1.5Ghz, 4GB RAM with Radeon HD Graphics). Issue: Playing video about 2 minutes into the video, the video pauses and the audio continues. On Export (since upload to YouTube has never worked), preview will do the same, but will finish with no errors. On exported video file playback, the video plays until the same spot the video hung on preview, while the audio continues. Steps taken thus far: Switched render from hardware to software Completed a repairof the software installation Installed the patch - was hoping it would also fix the YouTube issue (it did not) We have had the software for well over a year, with no issues whatsoever. About 2 months ago, my son discovered the issue. I hoped that upgrading to Windows 10 might help resolve the issue - but it has not. I browsed through this forum to see if anyone else had the issue, with only a few others reporting it. Their resolutions do not apply to this situation, so hoping someone else can suggest other possible solutions.
  3. I had Creator 10 Suite and could burn 25 minute video of simple vacations photo (still shots) with music. It would take an hour to build, but worked. Just upgraded PC to i7 intel chip, 2 terrabyte harddrive, 12GB RAM. Fast. Now upgraded to NXT Pro 3. Trying build a 15 minute video of just photos (test out new computer and XNT Pro 3). It takes 12 minuts to save (approx 200 still shot photos right now). I can't get it to build. And when just playing the storyline its really really slow. Does play realtime, but freezes for 9-12 seconds on each photo. Machine is brand new. Nothing installed except Windows 8 OS and Roxio. QUESTION: What is maximum number of photos should I except with this configutation? Is there a preferred photo resolution/size (most of my photos are 3.4mb, some smaller from iPhone)? JPEG the ideal format? Is there anythine else I can check to speed this up. As it stands, I can't build a simple video of still shots (i.e., no video). Also, set up as 16*9, no other changes, all default configuration. If this can't be resolved, can you recomend another software solution?
  4. I've had a frustrating day trying to get VHS to DVD3 to work. I bought it this morning and it took a long time to install. The posts on this forum helped get past the initial problems: i reintalled with the USB to the VHS unplugged and ran Repair. But to no avail. The program now opens but it will not find the video input. I tried deleting drivers and repairing again. No good. No it just hangs when I open the first screen. I'm running Windows Home Premium (60 bit). Also, I registered but didn't get a support number from Roxio. Do they have no customer support at all?
