  1. I am on a Mac Powerbook running Mac OS Sierra 10.2 I've used Roxio for years to create mix CDs by dragging and dropping in playlists from iTunes and then adjusting the crossfades. Recently, when I burn these CDs to a disc they pay great until around track 43 and then the tracks are silent and the disc player sounds like it's searching or having trouble tracking. This happens in my car CD player as well. Any thoughts on why this is happening? I've tried swapping out tracks with no success. The Disc has 53 tracks total that take up 692.8 MB on the disc. thanks, B.
  2. Hello there, I'm trying to make a Blu-ray with a 5.1 AC3. I'd like Toast for the video compression, because it looks way better than Encore's or Compressor's M2V files. But obviously Toast 10 doesn't support 5.1 in any intuitive way. I'm trying a roundabout solution described here: http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/49749-how-to-burn-a-blu-ray-disk-using-apple-compressor-mpeg-streamclip-and-toast-10-that-does-not-re-encode-or-demux-the-51-audio/ In the past, I'v taken M2V files from the 'Roxio Converted Files' to build DVDs with better menus in DVD Studio Pro. However, after encoding a Blu-ray (from a .TS file), the Roxio Converted Files folder only contains a .264 file. The .264 file wouldn't open in MPEG Streamclip, and of course Compressor didn't do anything with it because it was some kind of H.264 Variant. Has anyone else had experience with this and figured out a way to extract an M2V file from the 'Roxio Converted Items' folder or convert the .264 file to an M2V? Thanks, James

    Where Is The Titlebar

I saved a file in one application and started my new Roxio Creator NXT 2 to back it up to a CD-RW. I had trouble finding the file from Creator, so I wanted to minimize Creator to open the application that saved the file to find it. Both Roxio and the other application are on the desktop of my evil Windows 8.1 computer. I could not find the minimize button or the maximize button or the close button. Where are they? Where is the titlebar that they should be on? I was even unable to minimize it from the Taskbar. I am sorry that I upgraded to version 2.
  4. I am putting together a vacation video using my camera photo's and video. I have added background music to the entire clip. HOW, can I turn the volume down on my background music during my vacation video's that have my narration of the event. In other words, I have narrated a video that is included within the entire vacation video. The background music I added is wonderful, but I want to turn the volume of that music down while my vacation video is running so I can hear the narration. Is this possible with Creator Pro 2011 - and if not, is that feature available in any of the other newer versions? NXT or 2012 ? Kristen
  5. Carefully following the documentation, cannot export a 2 layer mix using Sound Editor. Running Creator 2011 Pro on a Dell Inspiron, Win 7 Pro, 8GB Ram. The output file is always ZERO in length, no matter what kind of output format I choose. Any ideas? Thanks.
