  1. I download video clips off of my Canon HF S21 camera to my pc (windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit) in .MTS format. When I go to open them in Video Wave to start a new production it will not recognize them. I have had this camera for 2 years and just now this problem came up. I used it all last year and then late last year updated to NXT Pro3 with no issues at that time. This s a new problem. Any suggestions?
  2. Hi New to the forum. Just purchased C2012 after using 2010 for some time. Upgraded as I now have Panasonic HD camcorder and want to work with the mts files it produces. Searched around and from what I could see 2012 would work with these files. Now I have it and it doesn't seem to recognise the mts files at all - some video functions show the files when browsing, but do nothing with them, other functions won't even see the files in the 'Open' box. Am I doing something wrong, or have I wasted my money? Have searched the forum but couldn't see anything. Thanks for any advice.
