  1. I am trying to uninstall Roxio Virtual Drive 10. This is because windows 10 cannot update feature update 1709 with the error message that Virtual Drive 10 is not compatible and must be uninstalled before Win 10 will update. Method 1: I have run the original Roxio setup file and chosen the option not to include Roxio Burn. However this does not work and I can still see a Roxio virtual drive in This PC. Method 2: I have tried to uninstall the whole Roxio product. However the uninstall hangs and does not complete. Method 3: I cannot find Virtual drive in device manager to try and uninstall it there. The only option I can think of is to manually uninstall the whole Roxio Product and reinstall just Roxio Creator NXT 4. Where can I find instructions to do this? Your advice would be appreciated. Kind regards Chris
  2. I currently own Roxio Creator NXT Pro version 14 trying to use VideoWave. I was wondering for something that I haven't been able to figure out how to do it in this version I was wondering if this was possible in NXT Pro 4. And if so can you tell me how to do it so if I do decide on moving up to 4, I'll know how to do it. Or if you know how to do it on my current version of NXT Pro VideoWave, I would like to know that also. What I'm trying to do is that I film a group presentation using two video cameras. One camera is focused on the presenter and the other camera is focused on the projector screen. I've basically created two separate full length videos from these two cameras. What I would like to do in creating a final video is to have the presenter full screen at the beginning of the video, then when the projector screen becomes more important, I would basically like to shrink (fly) the main video down to the corner of the full screen (and trim/crop the video display so I can get just the presenter and eliminate unneeded parts of the display.) At the same time, bring in the projector screen to full size. If I can do the resizing of the initial screen with animation it would be great but not a deal breaker if not possible. So can anyone tell me how I can do this with either of the versions of NXT? I appreciate any help possible. Mike,
  3. Hi I've been using Video Wave for years. I like many of it's tools and tricks, but it has always been slowww. I use a 64bit Dell Inspirion with 12gig ram and dual core processor. Maybe it's more than just defragged available hard drive space or video card efficiency/capacity. Can anyone recommend the best file type for editing 1080 HD video? My sony captures AVCHD .mts video. I also use iphone .mov files and mix them in my production. 1. Should I pre-convert video to X format before editing? 2. Does anyone recommend down-converting or decompressing before editing, and then restoring HD video data after rendering? Thanks in advance.
  4. I don't want a menu on my video.. Please give back the check box that was in NXT 3 that took the menu off.
