  1. I have gotten a new computer because my old one's hard drive had broken, and i wanted to reinstall my roxio program to start recording gameplay again but i've lost my disk and its sleeve but my game capture card is registered on my profile. is there somewhere i can go to download the program again?
  2. I was having trouble with the video editor so I uninstalled Roxie Creator NXT and deleted all of the Roxio directories I could find on my hard drive. When I reinstalled creator NXT, all of the video tools were gone. They are not on the home screen or in the menus. As far as I know there were only two disks in the box. One for Creator NXT wnd one for paintshop, which I don't want to install. I can't figure out how sections of the program could be missing when the rest of it seems to be fine. Any suggestions? Screenshot and dxdiag are attached. DxDiag20151002.txt

Whenever i try to start Videowave it comes up saying 'The program cant start because d3dx9_33.dill is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.' I've tried to reinstall it about 3 times I've even deleted it and reinstalled but every time i try to start it,it just comes up with the same thing. However i can still capture stuff so i don't know what the problem is.
  4. Hi, I'm running a Mac Book Pro on Mavericks 10.9.3. I use Toast Titanium mostly for its TiVo Transfer application to grab shows from my TiVo for archiving. This has been working fine for years. Recently, upon running Toast to burn a CD, Toast informed me that Toast version 10.0.9 was available. I downloaded the new version as a .dmg file, mounted it, and dragged the Toast Titanium folder from the disk image to my Appications folder. I replaced the existing folder. Upon running the new Toast for the first time, I recall it asked me a few questions including whether I wanted to install some TiVo-related stuff. I declined (I think this was the start of my problems). It didn't ask me to re-enter my product key/serial number info, and when I do About Toast Titanium 10, I see the program is registered to me with my serial number. I went to use TiVo Transfer and discovered it missing. Now, for the life of me, I cannot seem to reinstall Toast and get it to ask me about installing TiVo-related programs. I've used the Finder's search feature, including system files, to remove every preference and application-support item I can find by searching for "toast", "tivo", and "roxio". Since the registeration is sticking around, that's being stored somewhere I'm not getting to, and I'm hoping that if I can find and delete that, it will think it's a fresh install. Oddly, it seemed to think it was fresh since it asked about installing TiVo-related items even though it never asked for my serial number. Ideas? -Eric
  5. I recently had to re-install Windows XP, and when everything was restored, I had no Cineplayer and no DVD decoder. I re-installed the Roxio Creator/MyDVD Combo LE disc that came with my computer, but there is no Cineplayer or DVd decoder. It came with my Dell computer when I purchased it, but now I can't get it back. Any suggestions? Thanks...
