  1. Flickery Video

Hello, I have a roxio game capture SD for consoles and for the most part everything is fine but while using it to stream from a ps3 I get constant ''flashes'' while streaming, this also happens when Im just sitting in OBS or the RGC software. To be more descriptive the signal is perfectly fine, crisp and clear, but then I get these flashes and flickers every few seconds. https://youtu.be/oK1PZGqC_4I?t=15m4s Thats a pretty good example. Windows 10 (up to date) 8 gigs of ram 2.8 Quad Core processor 1TB harddrive AMD A-10 9600p Radeon r5 Im streaming with ease with this laptop at 3100kbps at 30fps using minimul processing power, this is due to streaming a console and the console doing most of the work. I have gone into the roxio software and have made sure that both the console and roxio are set to 1080p, NTSC M (im in the use) and Ive tried the AVI and MP4 settings. I have also made sure that ALL CONNECTIONS are SECURE Please help me out guys! ill try anything.

  3. Hello! I hope some guru's can help me with my problem... Every time I boot up the capture software for my Roxio Game Capture hd Pro device, it gives me a pop-up message saying: "Select video device failed"... I have re-installed the program quite a few times, I also deleted the drivers for the card in device manager. I tried repairing the software with the install disk. I made sure the device was unplugged while installing the software. All the cables are plugged in correctly, no doubt about that. I also tried multiple different usb ports, none of them were on a usb hub. Though there two things that caught my attention. One is that the device is called "TRANSCODER" in the hardware tab of my control panel. The second is: In device manager, there is only one entry that is called "Roxio GameCAP HD PRO". Most people have two entries with the same name. I only have one. (Its in dutch... But its under "Sound, video and Game controllers") My pc specs are: Intel core i7 3770K 3.50 GHz quad core 16.0GB RAM Nvidia EVGA GTX 580 (Drivers are up to date) More can be given if needed. I hope you can help me out with this problem. Thanks a lot, all help is appreciated!
  4. Playstation 4 1.70 Patch

Hi guys, Sony has already released an update for PS4. The system update 1.70 patch has capabilities of disabling HDCP for PS4, so capturing HD content using capture programs will now be possible. No more "Signal Protected" issues for PS4. Articles: http://www.gamespot....p/1100-6419203/ http://www.ign.com/a...d-turn-hdcp-off So basically, PS4 is now compatible with RGC HD Pro & RGC.
  5. I got the Roxio Game Capture less than a year ago, when I was using a windows xp laptop. It worked fine for a crappy computer. I recently got a Windows 8 Laptop and I Threw out the old one. I then installed the software from the disk, but now when I plug in the roxio into the usb for my laptop and open the software to capture gameplay... It says "Select Video Device Failed". Help!

  7. Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro No Audio

Hi there I'm having a problem with my roxio game capture HD pro. Whenever I try to record any gameplay from my xbox 360, there is never any audio coming from my TV or in the recorded video, I've tried other HDMI cables but the problem remains. If I connect the xbox to the TV without the roxio HD pro via HDMI the audio is fine. It records perfectly, there just isn't any sound to go with it. I currently have the game capture pro connected to my PC, but I tried connecting it to a laptop, with the game capture pro recording software installed and up to date, but I still got the no audio issue. Also when I connect my xbox directly to my TV, the display settings on the xbox show that my TV screen resolution is at 1080p, widescreen, HDMI. Yet when I'm connected through the roxio HD Pro it changes to 1920x1080, widescreen, DVI. Could this change be what's causing the loss of audio? Any and all help would be appreciated thanks
  8. I was just using my game capture one day not too long ago, and something strange happened. Note that this was during Hurricane Sandy, and although I wasn't directly in the line of fire, I still got hit with more than my fair share of power outages. So the power dipped and then I tried to use my RGC, but it would just fallow the possess of the pictures below. Pleas help.
