    I have WinXP SP3 - Just installed Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 (installed without USB device connected). Plugged in USB device - all WIndows balloons came up and showed device installed and ready to use. When launching the software, it did some video scan testing and then errors (like in attached file Error1) came up and then a 2nd error popped up related to C++ (see attached file Error2) I have tried a REPAIR after stopping my AV from running and restarted - same results. Help! P.S. I do have Roxio Easy CD and DVD Creator 6 also installed

    Okay so here's the deal. I've been using the game capture software for several months, an its worked well! Then, When i restart my computer, on startup it crashes. I had to do a system repair. Since then, The software freezes when i start it up. Heres a list of things ive tried. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Getting the service pack Unplugging the usb, and then starting up. The software works, But when i plug the usb back in, it doesnt read it. Using amarectv, i made sure that it wasn't the roxio hardware that was the problem, sound and video comes out clear on amarectv Will somebody help me?

    I have the Roxio Game Capture standard (considering i have a standard TV,) And havent used it in several days, and when I started it up, It froze my computer. I uninstalled it, Reinstalled it, and am having the same problem. To make sure my Game capture was working, I opened up amarectv and it worked fine. Have any of you experienced computer crashes/freezes when opening the software? I can open up the general software, but when i open up capture, It freezes up.

    So I haven't used the game capture in a while and so I set it up on the tv and when I went to open the actual application for it, it opened the selection screen of "Capture" or "Edit". I clicked on capture and it just flashed the little orange loading screen for about half a second and then went away. It never opened up, but the selection screen was still there. It worked when I used like 2-3 months ago, but it doesn't now and is incredibly frustrating. All I want is to use the product I paid for. Please help me.

    When clicking the the desktop shortcut to start Roxio Media Creator NXT2 Pro on a Windows 8 pc, the application starts to load and displays the splash screen, that lists all the modules that are loading. As soon as it gets to "Loading Roxio Media Creator NXT2 Pro", windows displays "Roxio Creaor has stopped working...." I have tried the following: 1) repair the installation 2) run as administrator 3) compatibility mode - windows 7 the program just crashed on load and there is no way to use roxio. Jan

    Display Settings Issue

    Yellow Truck 93 posted a topic in Program Errors/Crashes/Hangs

    So I just downloaded Roxio Creator NXT. I went in to try out the DVD Burner and movie maker and this message popped up. "The current display settings do not meet the minimum requirements for this application. Please change the screen resolution to 1024x768 pixels or higher, and the color quality to 16-bit or higher." I checked my settings and I fall well into the "or higher" at: 1920x1080 32-bit. What's the deal?
