  1. hey im having an isue with my roxio HD PRO capture card, for some reason any time I try to get it in obs, xsplit, or even a screen shot it shows the actual game capture as just a purple screen, as seen in this photo. but to game capture its self was not purple, this is what it actually looked like. I had to take that one with a cell phone, but you can see there is actually a game in the game capture. I have tried it with disabled aero and enabled, so that doesent seem to be the issue. my graphics card is the gtx geforce 750 ti if that matters, I had a cheaper MSI card in before did the same thing so i dont think thats the issue. As much as i would love to use the build in streaming for roxio HD Pro, im pretty sure we all know the issue with that, trying to stream to twitch.
  2. I am in desperate need of help. My father burned some files to two CD's years ago using some version (?) of Roxio CD Creater or Easy Write or whatever (around 2004). He and his computer are gone now so I cannot check it, and I want to open these files. They contain many family pictures that I cannot replace. When I open the CD's I get the following two files......autorun.ini (which only brings up notepad text) and mrfinst.exe. Then I get a popup that says DVD RW Drive (D) EW_Reader and directs me to Run MRFinst.exe. Running mrfinst.exe brings up the following dialog...."The CD_RW disc you inserted was formatted with EasyWrite. To read this disc, you must install a special driver. This wizard will guide you thru the process. Unstall Reader Now? " I click on YES The wizard runs and it says my Easy Reader is up to date. Now here is the glitch. I am running Windows 7. Control panel says Easy Write Reader is installed. I cannot find it anywhere on the computer and a search of Windows Exporer brings up nothing. I am at a loss.....how do I go about accessing these files? There is nothing on the disc that will tell me what Roxio program created them, nor what files are on the disc. However, It does show in properties that the disc is full and I know there are a great deal of valuble pictures on there. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to go about retrieving them? Please? You help would be tremendously appreciated.
  3. Just purchased and installed Roxio Video Lab HD Installation ran without any issues and all updates where applied automatically. First time launch, I selected Edit Video - advanced option, which caused the program to crash : VideoWave has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available Hardware : ThinkPad W500 O/S: Windows 7 with all latest patches applied Other SW installed: CS5, LightRoom, a lot of plug-ins for CS5, plus a lot more Any hints ? Thanks in advanced
  4. Recently I purchased the Creator NXT software. First: WHen I download the program, its name is "Creator 2012 ESD". Is it really the good version of product I had purchased ? Second: When I try to install this one on a windows 8 PC then, there is a compatibility error message that printed. How to install this ? On the website there was explicitly written that NXT is compatible to Windows 8. Third: I tried then to install on my laptop which run into windows 7. The installation works fine on it. Thank you in advance.
