I've got Toast 6.1.1 and Popcorn 1.03.  I'm wondering if Toast 7 a worthwhile upgrade.  

BTW, what's the deal with the silly mail in rebate ?  Why not just sell it for $79.  Is there a valid point for having a rebate instead?

It is a very worthwhile update for me, but it may make little difference to you depending on what you need Toast to do. Roxio's Web pages describing Toast 7 includes a table comparing it with Toast 6.

Can't help you with the rebate question.
