Support for ECD/DVDC 6 ended 24Aug06 - and anyway, the last software updates were in 2003.

This is a good example of why you should make a backup for downloads.

There is a program called Easy CD and DVD Creator Burning which is available rather cheaply in some computer stores, I understand. It is basicly the same as ECD/DVDC Platinum, and does have support.

I don't think you will have an easy time finding such an old program from Nero, either - I think that's Version 5 for Nero - altho it could be Version 6.

Yeah, links to 3rd party software are generally not a good idea.

I know that it's been 3 or 4 years ago, who ever this Larry guy is I want to Thank Him from the bottom of my heart. I use my Landlords computer and I asked him if it was OKAY to burn a disc for some music I found? He looked at me like I had grown another head. He had no idea what I was talking about! So, I tried and in MY Computer Drive F: was not even there, but I was looking right at it. This was back in April of 2009. I have worked on it from time to time, but finally found a place where someone else knew what I was talking about.
Here is a big hug, and Thanks again. Miss Cindee
