Distortion lines on photos in dvd builder

I have about 300 photos in vw, only when adjust for brightness,contest,color, I have distortion lines on the photos, when I playback in dvd builder, but I do not see it in vw
I have installed ATI radeon9250 updated drives, but still the same promble

Please help
