I'm having a bit of an issue with EMC9. After my install, all applications recognize and can access both my recorders (Plextor 716AL DVD and Plextor Premium CD-R). That is all except Backup MyPC, which can see the DVD drive, but can't find the CD-R drive. Any Suggestions?

What is the maker and model for your CD-R drive? what's the firmware version?

The CD drive is a Plextor Premium (yes that is the model)... Firmware version 1.07
