Create or edit DVD Project Certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install

Just completely wiped out Nero and all related files. Re-installed Easy Media Creator 8 and got all updates installed. When clicking on Create or edit DVD Project, I get a error message of "Certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it."

OK, what do I need to re-install? The whole program. I uninstalled the program and went with Nero because of the small glitches and the voice not synched with the video. I want to edit video from my Canon DVD camcorder.
