need help converting

:) aaarrghhhh...i just dont know how to convert the DMSM file to a windows media file. i made a video to put on a vid site(not going to say name) and it needs to be media player file. any help please?

Open up Videowave, select Open Production and choose File/Output as and select the format you want.

To add to what Paul said......

When you choose File\ Output production as.... you have a choice between Video File, and Internet among others.

If the Internet settings don't meet their requirements, choose Video File, then under purpose choose Show All and you'll see many more options.
