Just installed EMC9.  It's not working properly.  I'll start with the fix and enhance feature.  I just get the option to report the problem to Microsoft.

Win XP Pro SP2
2.8 GHz
1 GB RAM
Radeon 9700 Pro

Any sugestions?

That would mean whatever program you were using crashed.  You need to supply a lot more information as to what you were doing and what program of the suite you were using.
