Long time user of DVD Builder in EMC 7.5. Installed program in backup pc and Builder will not recognize any .avi vids, incl all .avi files in folder. When I "import" or drag/drop the file I receive warning that "this file not supported". Tried same avi files on main pc as well as laptop and both progs recognizes them. Could I have installed program incorrectly? I used "complete" mode when I installed rather than "custom". Don't recall ever having to change a setting in order to recognize AVI. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'll assume some may be divx and xvid files so make sure you have the correct codecs installed. You may want to give Prefup a try. It worked about half the time in v7 and 7.5. Reboot after you run it.
