Hi,
Has anyone had MAJOR problems with downloaded versions of Roxio products? I bought a downloaded version of MyDVD essentials 8 and it is giving me nothing but problems. It freezes up; it keeps giving me error messages (80004005 & 80040227). I downloaded the fix for #80004005 but it was useless. When I bought the download I also bought the backup cd. It has been nearly three weeks and it hasn't shown up yet. Anyone else have these kinds of problems?

:) I'm dowloaded mine a few days ago. I find it slow, unwieldly and the DVDs it produces are shaky in moving images.

Read you other thread, you made a PAL disc; if you are in the US, it should be NTSC_M,
You didn't mention any of the other problems you are having in the other post.

The download is the same as the purchased disc.  Please post your computer specs.  Update the video drivers.  Most people who have problems have interfering software or computers that are marginal for the software.

Call Roxio sales to see where the disc is.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
