Will Toast 7 Burn Red Book Audio CD?

I have a 1.8dual prossesor G5 Running tiger. Toast 7 audio CDs will not Play In ANY of my Cars.
Do I need Jam To Burn Red Book? Will Jam 6 work with Toast 7.1?

I suggest using different media and burning at a slower speed.  Many car stereo have problems with CD-R media.
