Hi, this is the first time I'm using Roxio 7 DVD builder. I used the storyboard and timeline features to incorporate still photos and a 1 minute video clip -- all perfectly timed to 4 pieces of music. In the main MENU window I named this "Chapter 1" and the storyboard shows everything with the name "Chapter 1" above it. When I preview from the Timeline, everything is perfect. But when I go back to the Edit/Preview menu, it doesn't preview (the preview with the DVD remote controller). There is just a piece of music playing in the background from the middle of my production, and the "Chapter 1" button is black. Nothing plays. I've tried burning it to a DVD twice, but it stops at step 2 of 6. The file is called BV's DVD.dmsd and only is listed from the DVD Builder program -- it won't show up on lists of media. I don't know how it converts to a DMSM file. I hate to start all over, but I've spent probably 12 hours trying to figure out this problem. It took forever to arrange the slides and the music. Should "Chapter 1" be saved somewhere? When I'm previewing it from Timeline, from the "File" toolbar, "exit" is my only option. Have I missed a step? Thanks so much for any help.

Do you have Easy Media Creator 7+ or just the DVD Builder program? What version are you using?
