error messages missing files or corrupt

when adding pictures we get 2 problems

1: c:\docume~1\owner\local~1\temp\wer33ed.diroo\videowave9.exe.mdmp

2: c:\docume~1\owner\local~1\temp\wer33ed.diroo\appcompat.txt

error messages
