Thanks for the update.

3 weeks is not so bad, try dealing with the VA :lol:

It appears that all of this was well over the head of the Lenovo rep :(

Finally I received a message from Lenovo websales with this statement:
We are having issues with the Roxio software. We also have escalated this issue on monday to have the issue looked at. For some reason even with all the specification met for the compatibility it's still not allow users to use this software. For customers that don't want to wait for a resolution we have been providing a full refund for the software. In this case we are still trying to figure whats wrong with the software. We can offer you a full refund on the software if needed, or you can see what the outcome of our escalation is......."

I am going to wait for awhile.

I got Roxio NXT 2 CD from Office Depot, It works. Hope everything goes well and your patience pays off, bobba.

Apparently Lenovo never figured it out so they are giving me a refund also.
