Hi There,

I am in Australia and running windows 8.1 Roxio Creator NXT 2 will not install because its telling my computer is not configured to the software. What does my computer need to be configured to? There is no where in Australia I can call. Maybe I should ask for my money back.. Can someone help me?

Does your computer meet the minimum requirements that are listed here (link)? Note that the video chip on the CPU is usually sufficient for the graphic needs of the program.

Did you install to an administrator account? Did you install it in a Windows emulation account? Do you have your display set for maximum (native) and your Windows fonts set for 96 DPI. Did you have your antivirus on when you tried to install the program (bad idea)?

Please give us information on your computer. Do this (link).

If all else fails, you can try this: Do this first and then this
