I keep getting Error Code 1305.  I make it most of the way through installation.  It uninstalled two older programs.  EMC9 shows up under programs, but only with the Drag and Drop option.  Installation has been a real pain.  Any idea on how to proceed?
Thank you, Bart

Try the MIcrosoft Cleanup Utility to remove the program.

Are you saying uninstall and reinstall?  I am unfamiliar with the cleanup utility.  What does it do?

Yes, my experience with this error is to uninstall and reinstall but making sure to clean out the folders.  The utility many times does a better job than the control panel uninstall.
