Hi -
I want to copy a DVD disc that I've made in iDVD but I'd like to rename the disc itself. (Change it from xxx2005 to xxx2006). This is the name which comes up when the disc is inserted in the computer.
I don't want to change the content. I no longer have the original IDVD project, just the disc, so I'm not sure if this is possible.
Any advice would be appreciated!
I'm using Toast 7 on a G5 Mac.

In the Finder, create a new folder somewhere where there is enough free space, and name the folder "xxx2006". Copy the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders from your DVD to this folder.
In Toast, in the Data tab, set format to DVD-ROM (UDF). Drag your "xxx2006" folder to the main window. You'll see the folder name as the disc name. (Delete any unwanted Mac OS-specific files, such as .DS_Store, from the list view.) Burn.
