I know you said that you are working on the update for the audio files to be heard from certain formats and I was wondering if it is at all possible for an approximation date on that update?  As in when it will probably be ready.

Looks like the audio support will be there in a couple of weeks.  It's being worked on now...

cheers

The new 3GP pack was posted a couple weeks ago. It has support for 3g2 files and the QCELP audio found in them. Let us know if you have any problems!

I have an LG8300. It saves the videos from the phone camera in .3g2 format. I just downloaded and installed the Roxio Decoder Pack, from Sonic, and installed it. It indicated that I could play these videos in Windows Media Player. I was able to play the videos in WMP but there was no audio. That is still the case. Is there a patch that I am missing or is there still a support problem for .3g2 format videos?

Thanks BuschBarber.  I will have our testing team look into this and see if they can reproduce it.  If they cannot immediately reproduce, it would be helpful for you to send us one of the files that is causing you problems. Would you be willing to do that?  Let us know here...

OK we're going to need the file - difficult to reproduce.  Please email the file to us at roxiolabstest@sonic.com.

Thanks

We're going to buy this phone (LG Vx8300) and see if we can reproduce the issue. Thanks.
