I get the following error after upgrading to RecordNow v7.3 from Easy CD Creator v5:

"All of your drives are set to disabled. On this operating system, in order to start RecordNow! Plus you must either physically remove your drive(s) or enable at least onr drive"

what does this mean???

I saw a patch for an issue similar but when i tried to run that it told me I wan't an administrator on the machinem, which I know I am.

RecordNow is a "Sonic" product and not to many of us are familiar with it.

From hwat the error message is saying you may have a simple fix. Open Device Manager -- Win-Pause, Hardware tab, Device Manager button.

Expand the CD/DVD devices category and highlight each drive and delete them.

Close out and reboot – the drives will be detected and reinstalled.

Let us know if that works.
