hi can anyone help

basically brought my dell, it had my dvd le, couldnt fir all the recorded tv to the disc, so clicked the fit to disc, this gave a link to my dvd premier 8, i paid my money installed it, but when ever, i try and put sat 3 recordings on it, average 1.20gb each it crashes and takes my to the blue wall of death, i started again loaded th same files in le, no problem, tried again in 8 it crashed again the whole point of paying 40 quid for 8 was to fit more on a dvd, and as for contacting them they are a nightmare with click screens tha go nowhere when all you wasn to do is email them, s

so if this makes sence please help
