Everytime I try to re-install my software, from the CD, it fails at "Publishing Product Information".  It brings up a pop up window that says "Please Install the Disc: _____", but does nto reference any disc.

I have tried re-inserting the Install disc, Inserting the "COntent" disc, and nothing works.

The only option is to cancel the install. ARGH!  I called Tech support and they said to turn off all virus protection, because that is why it was happening.  Nope.  I turned everything off, and still it fails at the same point.

I work outside my house, and cannot call Tech Support from home during thier hours, so they said to try Discussion group and llok for Grandpa Bruce.

PLEASE GRANDPA BRUCE- or anyone else, help me resintall!!!

You can try to copy the cd to your hard drive and see if the install works better from there.  A long shot but an easy thing to try.
