Can anybody tell me how to remove the registration for Roxio Creator 9 Suite from the Roxio Database?
Have un-installed the program, but the Roxio Web Site does not give any indication on how to achieve this.
Contacted there Support 2 Days ago....Still Waiting  :)

The reason is I am selling the product on, as it has no use to me, with so many errors and malfunctions, should never appeared in the stores

I assume the new user cannot use my CD Key, until I un-register?

Appreciate any advice, as the Roxio support is non existent

Thanks

Only Roxio can do that. Hve you tried all the options on this EMC 9 support page?
