Export To Itunes - Unbearable Speed

Question

I've managed to upload a couple of VHS videos to the app, but so far unable to save or export anything

1) - the export to iPad, done through "Save file to iTunes", has been "processing video" for over 2 hours and is only at 78% - Is it seriously meant to take this long? The video itself was only 80 minutes long!!

2) - the export to DVD went through the processing stage fairly quickly, but then at the end, failed for an "unknown" reason, the disc was still blank and the DVD drive was no longer showing in the software, despite being clearly available in Windows explorer

getting exasperated with this process now :(

1 - depends on the properties of the Source file and the quality settings of the target file as well as your PC itself...

2 - most likely related to '1'.

Assuming your PC meets the minimum specs designated for the software, your render time normally should not exceed you project time ;)

Lets try a proper repair to see if that will get you where you want to be!

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your Roxio Capture Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
