I have been using Disc Copier 7.5 for a while and happy with it. But recently I started getting some crashes, uninstalled reinstalled and it was ok for a while then started crashing again. So I updated to version 9. I was very disappointed that Disc Copier 9 does not have the same ability to write to 2 disk drives at one time. IMHO this makes this product a step backwards. Even if the overall write speed of version 9 is more than twice as fast, the fact is now I cant set it, forget it, come back and find 2 disks written.
I have re re installed version 7 and hoping it wont crash. I'm just about done building 2 backups - simultaneous backups - as I write this. Now if only I could get my money back for version 9 :)

Actually it does have the ability in v 9, it's just in a different place. In disc copier, click on the drop down arrow next to the Copy button and select Advanced Copy. then you can select multiple drives and other options. Note, it automatically changes the muber of copies to be the number of drives selected.

Also be aware, that the discs will burn at the lowest common speed. IE, if you insert a 16X blank DVD and a 8X blank in the other drive, then they both will burn at 8X.
