I'm getting the following error message:

The instruction "ox7c282lb2" referenced memory at "0x000001c".  The memory could not be "read."

I completely removed Roxio from the system and extracted the files for a fresh install, put in my CD key, and I get the same message.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

Fred

I have a Dell computer.  Dell Dimension  DIM4700.  Pentium 4 CPU 2.80 GHz.  2.79GHz, 512 MB of RAM.  Widows XP Media Center Edition.  Service Pack 2.  My sound card is Sound Blaster Live 24 Bit and SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio.  I'm not sure what other information would be helpful, or where to find it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are both the card and the onboard activated at the same time?  Could be a conflict there.
