Blue Screen Of Death (Again For The 7Th Time!)

Question

Well ^#!&,

 

i was playin on my ps3 when suddenly the bsod appeared and it rebooted my pc, then it happened again within 2 minutes of recording...

 

What the hell is happening? please help me fix this.

 

im on windows 8.1 btw

Make sure your Video Card AND Software are both up to date ;)

 

Then try these repair steps:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

I gave you a Step by Step for one part - stop asking questions and move forward...

 

If you can't follow that invite a friend over and go for the '2 heads better than 1', approach ;)

 

There is not point in giving you 20 sets of instructions if you aren't going to do anything.

Just wtf...

 

I'm getting really sick of those bsod's cause its already the 7th time on my NEW PC!!!

I havent even started up the program whenn i got the usb plugged in and it already shuts down.

 

its not my specs cause i got a i7 2.5GHz with 8 Gb RAM

 

please help me

You have an underpowered computer that doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the Game Capture. You are lucky it ever worked.
