It does not answer my question whether EMC 9 is 64 bit app or 32 bit app.

Yes I know and I don't know if it is or not.  My guess would be yes.

I believe that only Drag to Disc is full 64 bit.  If you look at the install disc, D2D is the only one with a 64bit folder, but like Paul, i'm guessing.

D2D is also listed as not running on Windows 2000, as is Cineplayer.  Possibly because they're 64 bit applications?  But then, would they run on non-64 bit XP?

The install CD has two folders for D2D.
d2d32_90
d2d64_90

I would think it is safe to assume the 32bit version works on all 32bit Windows and the 64 bit on all Windows 64bit. Surprised that it doesn't work on Win2K though.

That's according to the "System Requirements" page.  I confess I haven't even looked for D2D on my W2K system.  (Show you how much I use it and/or miss it.)

I would think that it is 32 bit, just like EMC 8, except for D2D, which has a 32 and 64 bit version included.

Is there a true 64-bit DVD burning software?

You could do a search of the Net.  I don't know of any but wouldn't have any use for it, at the moment, anyway.

In fact, I don't know of ANY true 64bit software on the market.  There are bits and piece of some software, but none - that I know - that are 100% 64 bit.

Try www.planetamd64.com to find 64 bit apps. Look to their discussion forums!!

Couldn't find any list of 64bit apps. Seems to be just a forum.

http://www.planetamd...php?showforum=2   Check the sub-forums software/operating sytems and select one of the 64 bit os. Plenty of posts of what works  and not. A little exploring goes a long way.
Good info for the OP on 64 bit Windows. Seems no native 64 bit burning software.
